CUSTOMER CARE
For best results, please remove your odyssey mattress from the packaging within 30 days of receipt. If left in packaging longer than 90 days, the mattress may not fully spring back. Allow 48 hours for mattress to spring back after removing from packaging.
To ensure lasting comfort and support, it is recommended that you rotate your Odyssey Truck Mattress every two months.
Stains due to no mattress protector and wear caused by not regularly rotating your Odyssey Truck Mattress will void your product warranty.
WARRANTY
The Odyssey Truck Mattress is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers foam or innerspring compression greater than 1.5”, delaminated innersprings or edge support, and all other components from manufacturing, workmanship, or material defects. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, contact the store you purchased from to file a warranty claim.
Abnormal wear from failing to rotate your mattress every 1-2months or from any other misuse is not covered. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statuary rights which may apply. In the event the odyssey model you purchased is discontinued, we will send a replacement of comparable value on an approved claim.
Transportation and or shipping is not covered under this warranty and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Stains of ANY kind void this warranty. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in size and finish.
